Order Process

1. All orders & payments recieved before 14h00 Monday - Friday will be shipped on that day.

2. Payment is accepted via Bank Deposit or EFT.

3. Please use your name as a reference when making payment.

4. Cheques are not accepted as means of payment.

4. Fax or Email Payment confirmation with Full Delivery Address and Conatact Details. 

5. An SMS will be sent to you confirming Courier and Waybill details.

Courier Services ( Within South Africa Only )

We generally use the following Courier Services  :

UPS for all Parcels upto 10KG shipped to a Major Centre in South Africa , Delivery by 5pm the following day.

UPS for all Parcels upto 10KG shipped to an Outlying Area , delivery time 2-3 days depending on destination.

TimeFreight for all parcels exceeding 10KG , Delivery times ± 2-3 days depending on destination.

Transit Airport to Airport , these parcels need to be collected at your main Airport , collection times generally around 11h00 the following day.

Although STK have taken every precaution possible to ensure that delivery times are met by our designated Courier Services we cannot be held liable for any delays or late deliveries in this regard.
